I hereby certify that I am engaged within the International Trade profession and am either currently employed or previously employed in that capacity so as to qualify me as a member in good standing under the membership classification of Regular Individual.

Per the by-laws of the ICPA, criteria for membership as a regular individual is as follows:

An individual regular membership is available to any person of good character and responsibility employed as a compliance professional by a business and/or corporation engaged in International trade. In addition, any person of good character and responsibility who was employed in such a compliance position but is currently unemployed is eligible for individual membership. Individual members may not be employed by a service provider.

A service provider is defined by ICPA's by-laws as third-party logistic providers (3PLs), companies or firms involved in customs brokerage, Freight forwarders/consolidators, international trade software vendors, consultants, attorneys, accountants and any other entity determined by the Board of Directors to be a Service Provider.

I also certify that I have read and agree to be bound by the ICPA Bylaws and ICPA Antitrust Policy.
