• The successful candidate will support and manage domestic and international IEC (Import Export Control) movements of aircraft Major Components and tooling in a global context. Candidate will maintain high levels of awareness that can be translated and shared amongst internal and external Customers. Candidate will utilize existing and evolving communication methods to ensure real-time delivery of information and components. Candidate will also serve as a direct Customer interface to manage and lead the US-Flag Compliance effort, working in conjunction with Freight Forwarders, Ocean Carriers, and various USG regulatory agencies. Candidate will exercise judgment and extensive latitude to evolve and improve the US Flag process as conditions warrant, leading to effective, efficient, and durable transportation outcomes.

Basic Qualifications
•Candidate must be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
•Candidate should have strong communication (verbal, written, and presentation) skills
•Experience with Import / Export

Desired skills
•Experience in the Import / Export of defense commodities
•Experience with SAP (Systems, Applications and Processes)
•Experience with Project Scheduling systems, software, and protocols
•Experience with Aircraft Manufacturing and Integration
•Experience with Freight Forwarders
•Experience with FAR/DFARS
•Familiarity with Air and Ocean Shipping activities
•Candidate must demonstrate high levels of tact and ownership in a dynamic, challenging setting
•Candidate must be a team player
