-A position within the Import/Export & DG Control function providing logistics support to the Business Development and Simulation Integration Laboratory offices
-Manage the international and domestic logistics requirements for numerous aircraft cockpit demonstrators
-Assist Business Development in applying for temporary export licenses for display material
-Evaluate international and domestic venues to determine required shipping and delivery dates
-Coordinate with Business Development and Exhibits and Models groups on shipping dates and location of material
-Monitor shipment status of material from shipment initiation through to delivery
-Coordinate logistics requirements with domestic and international service providers to determine most cost effective support of Business Development and country-specific program requirements
-Coordinate with International Trade Compliance and Import/Export Compliance personnel on proper import/export procedures and requirements
-Ensure timely shipment and delivery of material to international and domestic exhibits and venues
-Procure and maintain ATA Carnets in conjunction with international exports and imports
-Coordinate/procure transportation for domestic venues in conjunction with various aircraft cockpit demonstrators
-Review invoices for logistics-related services for accuracy and submittal for payment
-Provide logistics cost data to Business Development and Simulation Integration Lab personnel

Basic Qualifications
-Experience with domestic/international logistics requirements
-Experience diverse and simultaneous logistics requirements

Desired skills
-Experience with SAP functionality
-Knowledge of export/import licensing requirements
-Knowledge of international/domestics logistics functions
-Knowledge of freight forwarders/service provider functions
Will require occasional travel
