Provide comprehensive contractual support with respect to non-disclosure agreements /Proprietary Information Agreements (PIA) for all SBGs - drafting on HON standard template, reviewing /redlining Customer template, negotiating on HON /Customer template with internal business /external Customers, facilitating execution and upload with limited supervision;  Identifies and mitigates risks connected with non-standard conditions and customer directed changes in draft document, works on other contractual agreements as applicable;  Ensures compliance with corporate policies and procedures applicable to contracting and contract management; including liaison with the Law Department and other functions for the review and approval of unusual terms; works on other contractual agreements as applicable;  Good understanding of Sales Terms and Conditions, basic elements of RFP /Proposals;  Actively learns negotiation skills through training, observation and practice. Negotiates under supervision of senior contract personnel;  Basic understanding of Government regulations like FAR/DFAR, etc. if job applicable;  Develops working relationships with the business and other functional groups as applicable;  Understand and follow applicable policies and processes and ensure compliance with those;  Identify and analyze key risk elements and offer solutions for the same;  Trains and mentors new joinees on Honeywell paper NDA management end to end;  Masters administration support for LEAP and provides coaching on LEAP to new, other team members;  Fully competent in basic contracts and legal research and can provide opinion on the questions posed by clients on law and contracts  Adapts and learns quickly to acquire more complex contracts and legal expertise and technical skills YOU MUST HAVE  Bachelor Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience  Masters in Law qualifies for 3 years of relevant experience  Strong English legal drafting skills WE VALUE Superior communications skills (both oral and written).
