As a leader in our international tax services group, I assist clients with all of their cross-border tax needs. My expertise includes international sports and entertainment, cross-border tax planning, global expansion projects, U.S. foreign tax credit planning, repatriation planning, the U.S. anti-deferral regime, and the U.S. withholding tax regime. The majority of my clients are publicly and privately held businesses in the high-tech, manufacturing, distribution, professional services, energy, and telecom industries.I’ve always been fascinated by the field of international tax — and I consider it an honor to be seen as a technical resource on the subject by my colleagues. Helping people and businesses with their many and varied complex tax issues has been — and remains — a very satisfying part of my career. Because of my tax expertise, I’m often asked to speak to clients regarding global expansion and international tax issues. I belong to the AICPA, the Colorado Society of CPAs, and I’m a board member with Global Chamber Denver. I received my B.S.B.A. in accounting and finance from Tulane University where I graduated magna cum laude.
