Broker – Freight Forwarder

We are going to provide our brokers our own set of instructions and instead of only utilizing the SOP they maintain on file. Does anyone have a template they could share?

It appears that, before I came to work here, anybody that asked for a Power of Attorney would get one. I just had another one “pop up” that I didn’t know about. Is there an easy way to see who all has a Power of Attorney to act as our Customs Broker?

Does anyone have a blank “generic” copy of a CBP 5291 Customs Power of Attorney? I can’t find one on the CBP website or on Forms.gov. I need to issue one to a broker, however, some of the language that they’ve imbedded in their “customized” POA is not acceptable.
