I am looking for a binding ruling from NAFTA, HQ, anywhere on “parts of compressors” for Automotive Air-Conditioning parts…can anyone help me, thanks!

Can you canvas our membership for any feedback on this ruling. How does it effect the chemical industry. How will it be integrated? Can it be used in conjunction with the tariff shift rule?
