Is anyone aware of a listing available that provides a correlation between CAS# and HTS?

I have some t-shirts (promotional) made in Honduras that are stuck in German customs. They want to know the manufacturer and there is no way I know who that was. How do I get the shirts back AND how do I get these shirts into Germany?

Can anyone help me find out if there is an equivalent program to FOIA in the EU? Is there one source, one agency that can give me my trade data for Europe, or do I have to go to each individual country? Any suggestions or direction would be appreciated.

Is anyone in the membership complying with the EU program called “REACH”? It has something to do with UK importers ensuring imported product into the UK is registered. I’m not sure to what extent US exporters need to be involved. Any comments would be appreciated.

Does anyone in the membership operate a distribution center (DC) in Germany in which they would be importing and exporting product in and out of the country/EU? We currently operate a DC in the UK.
