Looking for some clarification on “routed exports”. Currently our FPPI’s contract the freight forwarders for U.S. export and we provide their contracted forwarder with the SLI (no POA). Is this a “routed export”? What are our obligations for export?
For export valuation, do the packaging and freight charges need to be 100% accurate, or is an estimate of the value on the invoice acceptable? What about the weight of the shipment on the invoice?
