Does anyone have a template that they have used to claim GSP refunds

I was wondering if anyone in the group has gone through GSP training in regards to validating their vendors for GSP. If so, who or what company provided the training?

GSP statement question: what is the best statement to have a factory place on the invoice of a GSP product so you (or your customer) may feel confident in submitting a “GSP” claim on the import? (note: Bill of Material and Cost Summary substantiate claim but will not be in the entry docs packet)

Does anyone have a GSP verification document they provide to vendors to elicit details to help make the GSP determination? Or do you have a list of what you ask the vendor for and a template used in asking for the documents?

Our China Distributor is now informing us that Chinese Customs will require a GSP Form A Certificate of Origin for US goods entering mainland China. Has anyone else received this request? Does anyone have a downloadable version of GSP Form A?

Can packaging be included in the 35% value build up to GSP? I’m assuming that if the packaging was manufactured in the beneficiary country versus imported from a non-beneficiary country would make a difference. Is this a correct assumption?
