Question: We have learned that several CBP ports have issued public bulletins orpipelines giving the policy on processing entries with ITAR exemptions.  Wehave the public bulletins from CBP in Chicago and Buffalo.  Do any other CBPbulletins or pipelines exist on this issue

Question: I’m new to ITAR and have basic knowledge.  Our company may be manufacturing missile guidance position detectors in the U.S for a foreign military using foreign customer supplied technical specifications.  Is a MLA required or do we just need to apply for an ITAR license?
