If someone has knowledge/experience of using a 3rd party service provider (non customs broker) for Recordkeeping (where the provider stores the copies, and also provides imaged copies), could you please provide details on typical costs charged, and experience in using (pros/cons).
Can members please share their experience with recordkeeping in regards to compliance documentation (including customs docs, letters of credit, purchase orders, etc.). We are a large company and are having difficulties keeping up with the manual files.
