Does anyone have a source, preferably free or inexpensive, for the dpl, entities list, SDN, and debarred list that are already in a common format or combined into one list? The DPL issued by the government is in an ascii delimited format, which is great. The others, as issued by the government, are plain text.

QUESTION: Websites – can you recommend the best web addresses to stay in touch with changing customs laws, embargoed/sanctioned countires, etc? I currently belong to Denied Parties updates and I use the on-line HTS system. How do others stay abreast of the ever changing international exporting and importing requirements?
