Our courier has recently updated their online AES exemptions, claiming that 15CFR 30.36 has replaced 30.58 as the Canadian exemption. I can not find 30.36 in 15CFR, nor any mention of this in the Federal Register. Has anyone heard of this change?

Our SED’s are submitted with applicable information for specific transactions. Occasionally we are requested, by our overseas customers, to issue credit due to shortage, damage or wrong price used. What is my obligation as the PPI to correct the initial SED submission? Appreciate your feedback

Question: I’ve been searching Census and the FR for any notice that provides the date that mandatory AES filing for all shipments that require an SED becomes effective. Can anyone provide or lead me in the right direction?
